How the team works together
Your first visit is usually with Dr Shaikh, who looks at the whole mouth rather than one tooth. When a plan includes specialist work, the specialist reviews your records and joins the same plan, and you do not pay for a second consultation.
Every patient has one record: notes, X-rays, scans and photos. Whoever sees you can read what was done and why. If you would rather see the same dentist each time, tell the front desk and we book you that way.
We also explain things to family members. Many older patients come with a son or daughter, and many parents bring children; we take the time to answer everyone’s questions.
